How to Create a Secure Access List to Share with your Collaborators as a Data Custodian
Selecting the Row-Level Data You Want to Share as Part of Your Secure Access List
Once within the Dataset, navigate to the Data tab. Hover over the rows you would like to add; a checkbox should appear on the left-hand side of each data row. Check each box for each piece of data you would like to share. If you want to just share the complete Dataset you can select the checkbox within the heading of the data table to select all rows.
When you have finished selecting all the data you would like to share, click Create List to create your Secure Access List
Name Your Secure Access List
Enter the name of your new Secure Access List list into the input field within the new modal window. If you are not ready to share your list yet, you can select the Save List button. This will create your list, but it will not be shared with anyone. You can later share this list with Collaborators through the Secure Access tab in the dataset view. If you are ready to share your list, select the checkbox labeled Share list after creating, then select the Save and Share button, and you will be taken to the next screen below
For each Selected Collaborator, Select the Duration You Would Like to Share Your Secure Access List For
For each of your selected Collaborators, you will see a drop-down for Expiration on the right-hand side of each row. Choose the appropriate Expiration time for each Collaborator. The Expiration options are Unlimited, 1 day, 3 days, or Custom. When you have finished selecting the appropriate Expiration time for each Collaborator with whom you will share your Secure Access List, you will need to confirm that you want to grant access to this list by selecting the checkbox labeled I agree to provide secure access to this list. Once you have confirmed that you agree to grant access to the Secure Access List, select the Grant Access button to grant the Collaborators access
